The development

The bungalows have 2 or 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with an open-plan kitchen connected to the living room and built-in wardrobes in every bedroom. Ground-floor homes have a private garden, while upper-floor homes have a private terrace with solarium. All homes have electric shutters in the bedrooms and living room, and fully installed air conditioning. An underground parking space and storage room are optional at extra cost.

A bungalow in Spanish new build is a single-floor home in a row or block. A ground-floor bungalow has a private garden, a top-floor bungalow has a private solarium on the roof. The pool is usually communal, with a monthly fee for maintenance.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
