The development

The homes have three bedrooms and two or three bathrooms, with generous private terraces. Most apartments overlook the pine forest, and the top floors and the communal rooftop terrace also offer sea views. The interior is open and bright, with a fully fitted kitchen. Some homes have underground parking and a storage room, while for others these are optional. Shared facilities include a rooftop pool with a panoramic view of the sea and the pine forest. The building has a lift.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
