The two blocks together comprise 62 homes, all with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of them ensuite. Each home has a fully fitted kitchen, ducted air conditioning and an aerothermal hot water system. Underground and outdoor parking spaces and storage rooms are available as options. Shared facilities include a large pool for adults and children with landscaped gardens, a spa with sauna and gym, co-working spaces, a children's playground and yoga areas. The community is fenced and covered by video surveillance.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
