Residencial Costa Mediterránea is located in La Manga del Mar Menor, province of Murcia, 100 metres from the beach, on the narrow strip of land between the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean. The developer is building apartments and penthouses here. Delivery is planned for January 2028.

The development

The homes have a ducted air conditioning system for hot and cold throughout the home, controlled from a central console. The kitchen has a built-in oven and hob, a fridge, an integrated extractor hood and an integrated dishwasher, in stainless steel or black ceramic. Shared facilities include a swimming pool with a landscaped solarium, a marble-finished entrance hall, a motorised garage door, video intercom and presence-detection lighting in the basement.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in January 2028. Six units are currently available, priced between 206,000 and 390,000 euros.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
