Residencial Vista Deportiva is located in Ciudad del Deporte, an area of La Nucía on the Costa Blanca, Alicante province. The developer is building apartments and penthouses here. Delivery is planned for March 2028.

The development

This first phase comprises 64 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms. Ground-floor homes have a private garden, the middle floors have spacious terraces and the penthouses have their own roof terrace. Most homes have two terraces facing east and southwest. Shared facilities include a large pool with landscaped gardens, a gym, a wellness spa of more than 200 m² with jacuzzi, sauna and Turkish bath, a social space with co-working areas and a children's playground. Each apartment has its own parking space and storage room in the underground garage.

The homes are not yet key-ready. Delivery is expected in March 2028. Six units are currently available, priced between 375,100 and 526,100 euros.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
