The development

In the bedroom, the bathroom is fully separated from the sleeping area, so light and sound do not disturb at night. All homes have parking and a basement storage room. Shared facilities include a swimming pool with spacious communal areas.

A detached new-build villa in this area usually comes with a private pool, pre-installation for air conditioning and an aerothermal hot-water system. The buyer often chooses the kitchen and bathroom finishes from the builder's range.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
