Residencial Vista del Lago is located in the Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort, in Torre Pacheco, province of Murcia, 3.8 km from Los Alcázares beach. The developer is building 76 apartments here, spread over four low-rise buildings. Delivery is planned for March 2028.

The development

Ground-floor apartments have a private garden, the middle floors have large terraces, and the penthouses have their own rooftop solarium with a pergola, outdoor kitchen and jacuzzi. Every home has its own parking space and storage room, reached by lift. The resort is built around a 126,000 m² green area with walking and cycling paths, sports facilities, mini-golf and tennis courts, and has a 17,000 m² lagoon with sandy beaches and beach bars. Shared facilities also include an outdoor pool, a heated pool, children's playgrounds, bicycle storage and barbecue areas.

The surroundings

Torre Pacheco lies in the Campo de Cartagena, the flat farming plain of the Murcia region between the Mar Menor and the city of Murcia. The municipality consists of the main town and several smaller villages, including Roldán, each with its own centre with shops and schools. Around the villages are a number of large golf resorts. The Mar Menor, the large lagoon with shallow warm water, is about 15 km away. The hospital Los Arcos del Mar Menor is in San Javier, about 20 km away. Murcia airport at Corvera is about 20 km away, Alicante airport about 85 km.

A new-build apartment usually comes with a communal pool, a lift and a parking space or storage room. The owners share a monthly fee for the upkeep of the common areas.

You buy off plan here: the home is built after you sign the purchase contract. In Spain the builder must cover your stage payments during construction with a bank guarantee or insurance. Completion follows the municipal occupancy licence.
